Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders of $59 USD or more.
● Orders under $59 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $8 USD per order.
● Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may require an additional shipping surcharge. If applicable, we will contact you before shipment.

Customs Duties & Taxes
Import duties, customs fees, VAT, and other taxes are determined by your local customs authorities and vary by country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Memspell is not responsible for customs clearance procedures or any import duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be charged upon delivery.
Processing Time
Every Memspell frame is handcrafted and made to order.
● Production Time: Up to 7 business days
● Production begins after your order has been confirmed.
● Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen production delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Address Changes
Before Shipment
You may contact us at any time before your order has been shipped to update your shipping address free of charge.
After Shipment
If you request a delivery address change after your order has been shipped, the shipping carrier may charge an address correction fee, which will be the customer's responsibility.
Common address issues include:
● Incorrect ZIP or postal code
● Missing apartment, suite, or unit number
● Incorrect street address
● Incomplete recipient information
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the updated destination. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Shipping Time
All Memspell orders are shipped via air freight.
Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier operations, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Please note that because every Memspell product is custom-made and personalized, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
Because every Memspell product is handcrafted and personalized, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personalized products.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer one of the following solutions:
● A full refund
● A partial refund
● A complimentary replacement with a newly handcrafted frame
The appropriate resolution will be determined based on the nature and extent of the damage. Memspell reserves the right to determine the most suitable solution for each individual case.
